Aaron went above and beyond to help get my mom's SOS pendant working to our satisfaction. This pendant has been a true blessing because my mom has fallen quite a lot. Thankfully, she hasn't been seriously injured. She is 94 years old. I would recommend this pendant to everyone, especially those who live alone or those who have loved ones with dementia (you can get their exact location if they wander off). 😉

My father's life alert was not working and I was able to get in contact with a person right away, her name was Liz. She helped me to troubleshoot the issue and when that didn't work out she called and texted me all the information about getting a different one. She also made sure to call and tall me through everything. I feel very fortunate for her help with all she has done for me and my father and can't believe she was so patient with me. Thanks again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to bring attention to the exceptional service I received from Aaron in the tech support department of Latitude. I have an older medical alert device that was not working and proved to be a challenge to bring it back to life. Aaron worked with me through the course of 2 days to overcome issue after issue. He was patient and responsive and didn’t give up until everything was up and working perfectly. As a senior who is somewhat technically challenged I really appreciated the level of service that Aaron provided me.

After going through thee scariest accident to ever take place in my family's life, I realize how important it is to have a reliable and easy to use medical alert device that would keep my mom safe and to keep my mind in tact! Instead of having to worry and wonder if she's alright throughout each day like i was for weeks after she fell, I've finally resolved every one of my concerns and worries that I could possibly think of. This is the best product and solution out there I still haven't found anything else thst compares. Not only does it notify me directly via text and call if she were to fall again or have any type of emergency, but it also gives me the peace of mind of knowing where she's at and that i can get a hold of her directly no matter whats shes doing by just a push of a button.
