Our Latitude Mobile Alert service works seamlessly wherever there’s mobile network coverage. The device automatically calls our monitoring service, or 6 emergency contacts one by one. Including the option to include ‘911’ if desired.

Simultaneously, it sends help messages via text, containing a link displaying the device’s location.

When one of the emergency contacts answers, the wearer can speak hands-free through the water-resistant device. Additionally, anyone with the device’s mobile number can call, and it will automatically answer in speaker-phone mode, ensuring quick and accessible communication
