They were very helpful in getting with my local VA and helping me obtain the Latitude fall alert device. I now have peace of mind that my family will know when I have fallen and be able to come to my aid rather than having 911 be the only contact. I understand some may not have the convenience of family being able to respond to a fall incident. However,  when having that convenience is available it's nice to know there is an option to contact them first. Thanks again for the assistance and for providing a product that allows for a custom contact list rather than emergency services only. That alone is the basis for feeling true independence of this Service Connected Disabled Veteran. One last note, I have not experienced any RFI between the device and my ham , GMRS or other radio systems. I found Latitude after my 90 year old mom had an issue with another provider.  The Latitude device's fall and alert feature works flawlessly sending a text message out to family if such an event occurs.  As the widow of a WWII Veteran, peace of mind and security, as well as an economical solution to provide myself, brother and sister, all hundreds of miles away, gives us another set of helping hands as she lives out her life at home. Received my device quickly & put it onto the charger 1st thing. Called the support group and Mandy handled entering my contact numbers and verified success.
