Upon check out you can choose up to 3 emergency contacts who will be notified by our monitoring team in the event of an emergency. Each contact can choose to be notified, by text, email, or both.

- If you fall your device will alert our monitoring team who will then talk to you via our two-way talk via your device, they will assess the situation and send help if needed.
- If you need emergency assistance, regardless of falling or not, just press the front button and our monitoring team will assist you.
