Here's how it works:
Device Activated
Fall detection auto-activates, calling your contacts. Or, simply press and hold the front button for help.
Help is Notified
The device will alert emergency contacts. If the user is able, they can speak through the device.
Help is Sent
If help is needed, your contacts or emergency assistance can then respond and provide aid.

Do I actually need this device?

Can I speak through the device?
Yes, when our device is activated the user can speak directly through it to their contacts.
Do I need a landline or cell phone?
Our device works without needing to be connected to a landline or even a cell phone.
Should I get a subscription or lifetime service?
The difference between our subscription service and Lifetime service is simple. With our subscription service, you get to choose between monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, whichever fits your lifestyle the best. With our Lifetime service, it is a one-time payment of $497. Ultimately the choice is up to you!
Does it work with a pacemaker?
Yes, our mobile alert device is completely safe to use with a pacemaker.
How does the device work?
Our device can be activated in two ways. The first is by pressing the “Help” button on the front of the device. The second way is through auto fall detection, if a fall is detected the device will automatically call your contacts who you can then speak to through the device. Once they are notified they can come to your assistance.
